Most of a day in a service business happens away from a desk. A CRM that only works at one is a CRM that gets updated on Friday afternoon from memory.

Install it, no app store

EvoMerge can be added to a phone's home screen and opens like an app, with a bottom tab bar for the places you use most and an install page with step-by-step instructions for iPhone and Android. There is nothing to download from an app store.

The alerts you can turn on

With notifications turned on, your phone can alert you to:

  • Reminders when they are due. Judged in your own time zone, so a 9 am reminder arrives at your 9 am.
  • Tasks assigned to you, the moment a teammate hands one over.
  • A morning summary of tasks that are due or overdue.
  • Your daily list is ready, if you opt in to a morning notification for it.
  • Search results alerts when something changes in the search and presence tracking for a company you follow (sent to administrators).
  • Security notices, such as being told if a platform administrator signed in to your account for support.

Many of the platform's own warnings arrive as reminders, so they reach your phone the same way: a client asset nearing its expiry, a support ticket close to its deadline, a contract coming up for renewal. You can switch reminder and task notifications on or off separately.

A daily list built from your CRM

The business day list pulls together what needs attention: your tasks due or overdue, reminders, appointments, deals past or near their expected close date, contract renewals, and support tickets nearing their deadline. You can switch off sources you do not need and hide individual items to keep the focus on priorities.

Printable when you want paper

The list can be printed from your phone, and there is a household version with recurring to-dos for people who want a sheet on the fridge as well as one at the office.

Manage appointments by just asking your AI assistant

EvoMerge's Claude connector works with the calendar too. Connect it once from Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or claude.ai and you can ask, in plain English, what is on your calendar this week, what meetings you have with a particular company, or to create or change an event. Claude can list your events by date range or company, open the details of one, create a new event, and update an existing one. As with everything the connector can change, a proposed change waits for your approval first.

Add a product and be ready to sell in minutes

The same connector can work with your product catalog. Ask Claude to create a product and it adds it to the catalog; ask it to add configurable options as well, such as a vehicle type of sedan or SUV on a car wash service, and the product is ready to quote and invoice. The "Watch it work" recordings on the How It's Built page show this in practice: a vendor at a market stand tells Claude about a product that was never entered, and a QR Pay code for it is generated while the customer is still standing there.

That is the point of having the CRM, the catalog, and payments in one system: a sale you did not plan for is a thirty-second job, not something to write on a napkin and enter later.

The test

Try updating a record from your phone right after a meeting. If it takes thirty seconds, it will get done. If it takes five minutes at a desk later, it will not. Start your free trial and try it on your own business: 30 days free, no credit card required.
