Most business software now mentions AI somewhere. What matters is what it can actually reach, and what it is allowed to do once it gets there. In EvoMerge, Claude works on your own records, inside your own account, under your own permissions.

Two ways in

The embedded assistant is a chat panel you can open from any page. Ask what is on your plate today and it searches your companies, contacts, deals, activities, events, and tasks to answer.

The Claude connector is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connection. Connect it once from Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or claude.ai and any conversation with Claude can read and act on your EvoMerge data. It uses a secure, OAuth-protected connection.

Both use the same data and follow the same rules. The only difference is where you happen to be when you ask.

Reading is open. Writing always asks first.

The guardrail is the important part. Claude can look things up freely, but anything that would change your data, such as logging a call, creating a task, or moving a deal to a new stage, shows up as a card for you to approve or decline. Nothing is created or changed until you say so.

Answers come from real lookups

Every answer comes from an actual query of your own records, not from a guess. Claude only sees what the signed-in user can see, and it never sees another business's data. Anything Claude does create is stamped with its own name in the history, so you can always tell an AI-made update from a human one.

Try asking things like

  • "What's on my plate today?"
  • "Log my call with Acme and set a follow-up for Friday."
  • "Move the Acme deal to the Proposal stage."

You pay for what you use

There is no AI tier and no seat add-on. The assistant runs on a balance you fund in any amount, each message draws it down by what it cost to run, and when the balance reaches zero it simply stops until you add more. Nothing auto-renews.

Pairing it with your other tools

EvoMerge's connector is one of several Claude can use at once. Add tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, or Slack in Claude's own settings and a single conversation can look up a deal, check availability, and draft the follow-up, all in one place.
