Cost

EvoMerge doesn't charge for using the Claude connector. The AI work happens in your own Claude account, so there is no EvoMerge AI fee, tier, or per-seat add-on for it. The chat panel built into EvoMerge runs on a balance you fund yourself, as described on the AI page.

What Claude can do

  • Accounts, contacts, and deals: search, open, create, update, and move a deal to a new pipeline stage. Deals and opportunities are the same thing in EvoMerge.
  • Products: create catalog products, manufacturers, and configurable options such as a vehicle type on a car wash service.
  • Projects and other records: a general set of tools covers other parts of the platform, such as projects and support tickets, for looking records up and adding new ones.
  • Tasks and activities: create and complete tasks, and log calls, emails, meetings, and notes against the right company, contact, or deal.

Claude sees only what you can see, and any change it proposes waits for your approval.
