Emailing a group of customers sounds easy until you think about the mistakes: a visible recipient list, a message to someone who asked not to be contacted, and no idea afterward who read it. EvoMerge's mass email is designed around avoiding those.

Choose who gets it

Segment by company or by contact, then select the people you want to reach. Because the recipients come from your CRM, the message can be tied back to the contact and company records.

Sent individually

Each message is sent to one recipient at a time, not as a single message with a visible list. Nobody sees anyone else's address.

Respecting do-not-email

Contacts can be flagged do-not-email, and companies can be excluded from marketing. Recipients covered by either are skipped rather than emailed, and the batch records why each one was skipped.

Opens, clicks, and failures

You can track opens and clicks. If a send to one recipient fails, that recipient shows as failed with the reason, and a Retry button queues just that one again without resending to everyone else.

Campaigns with RSVPs

For events and scheduled outreach, Campaigns can be scheduled ahead and track RSVPs, so the same tool that sends the invitation also tells you who is coming.

A habit worth keeping

Before you send to a large group, check the skipped list from the last batch. It is a quick way to confirm your exclusions are doing their job.
