Most reporting projects start with good intentions and end with a half-built dashboard nobody trusts. The data is there; the work is in assembling it. EvoMerge ships the standard dashboards already assembled, because the data is in one connected system to begin with.
What is ready on day one
Live dashboards cover pipeline value, deal stages, project health, revenue, and referrals. They are charted and current rather than a monthly export that is out of date when it arrives.
Click through to the records
A chart you cannot question is just decoration. Click a bar or a stat tile and you land on the list of deals, invoices, or projects behind it, so a surprising number is one click from its explanation.
Need something different? Build your own report
The standard dashboards are a starting point, not a ceiling. The custom report builder lets you pick the kind of record you want to report on (companies, contacts, deals, projects, tasks, estimates, orders, invoices, and more), choose exactly which fields appear as columns and in what order, set a date range, and add your own filters, such as a city that equals a value or an amount greater than a number.
Date ranges like "this quarter" are worked out fresh each time you run the report, so a saved report always reflects the quarter you are actually in. Any report can be exported to CSV, covering every matching row rather than just the page on screen.
Save it, and keep it yours
Name a report and save it, and it is waiting in your own report folder next time. Saved reports are private to the person who made them, so you can build whatever you need without cluttering anyone else's view or exposing a half-finished idea. List views work the same way: save a filter on your company or contact list and it stays yours.
Metrics for recurring revenue
For subscription businesses there is a SaaS metrics view covering monthly and annual recurring revenue and churn.
Utilization and capacity
A utilization and capacity report shows how much of your team's time is committed.
Why connected data matters
Reports are only as good as the joins between sales, projects, time, and billing. When those live in one system, a dashboard is a view of existing records, not a reconciliation exercise.
